PAYMENT POLICIES:

-50% of payment is required in advance.

-You may pay by cash or check, however for easy advanced payment the following electronic methods are available to you: Venmo, PayPal.

-100% of payment must be paid within 24 hours following the completed clean. A detailed invoice will be sent to you upon completion of the clean.

 

CANCELATION POLICY:

For cancellations you must give 48 hours notice in order to refund the 50% deposit. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance cannot be refunded, however the 50% deposit can be kept on file for the next 90 days as a credit to be applied to a future clean. After 90 days the credit will not longer be on file.

 

PRICING POLICY:

Shine Chemical-Free Cleaning prices it’s services based on the volume of work necessary to complete any type of clean, the amount of time needed for any type of clean, as well as the number of housekeepers needed for the job.

 

CLEANING PRODUCT POLICY:

Using chemical-free cleaning products exclusively is the mission of Shine Chemical-Free Cleaning and the reason for so many loyal clients! Because of this, Shine respectfully declines to use any cleaning products from the client. We promise you will love the quality of our work and benefit from a healthier home environment.

 

PET POLICY:

If your pet has high energy levels or doesn’t like strangers in the house, we ask that you take the pet off the premises or keep the pet in a kennel or closed room while the housekeeper is present and working.

Shine Chemical-Free Cleaning services the Portland Metro Area. The following details the farthest that Shine Cleaning is able to travel in each direction:

North: Salmon Creek, Vancouver, WA

South: Canby,OR

West: Beaverton, OR

East: Gresham, OR

 

Belongings must be picked up prior to booking.

Cleaning dishes is not part of the cleaning services unless otherwise established.

Laundry is not included in services offered unless otherwise established.

Plant care is not included in services offered unless otherwise established.

Pet care is not included in services offered unless otherwise established.

 

We reserve the right to quit the clean and leave client premises and refund the client should the housekeeper feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any time.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service should the property be deemed unsafe or up to code in any way. A fee would be refunded under these circumstances.

 

Client may be present for clean job but we ask that they give the housekeeper space to complete the job in an efficient manner. It is preferred that the client leave the premises.

 

In order to ensure a quality clean, please pick up any access belongings before our cleaners arrive.
